Well, for starters, we’ve been in your shoes.
We are passionate about the importance of HR and the experience of working in it. We aren’t naive though - we’ve seen the good, bad, and ugly and still believe in the potential our profession has to be an unbelievably positive impact on people’s lives - starting with the members of the HR team. Our mission also includes people managers as they are the other side of the coin for the work we do. Without them, our efforts are in vain.
We are on a mission to change the world of work.
We believe in being the change we want to see in the world and that in community with other like-minded people we can change the course and reputation of our profession. Our goal is to equip you to be the most grounded, courageous, and authentic versions of yourselves so you have long, satisfying careers as trusted stewards of a modern employee (human) experience.
