Annem Academy’s Signature Program
Annem Trust OS
A leadership development workshop that gives leaders and teams the language, the tools, and the practice to build trust on purpose, instead of leaving it to chance.
What's slowing your organization down might not be what you think.
Most organizations invest in leadership development to build stronger collaboration, faster decision-making, and more creative and productive teams.
But the results rarely match the ambition, not because the programs aren't good, but because they're treating symptoms instead of the source.
The source is trust.
And in most organizations, it's never been defined, taught, or practiced in any systematic way.
Feedback lands as personal criticism instead of coaching even when it's well-intentioned.
Leaders who are competent on paper struggle to influence or collaborate well with others.
Teams avoid the conflict they need to have, so problems fester instead of getting resolved.
Collaboration breaks down at the handoffs, where trust between people or groups is fragile.
The Program
Trust is a system. This program teaches you how to run it.
Annem Trust OS is a training program built around one foundational idea: trust is not a personality trait or a cultural vibe. It is a set of observable, learnable behaviors and when those behaviors are practiced with intention, they create measurable change in how people work together.
Annem Trust OS
The operating system shaping effectiveness, influence, and impact.
Participants learn a shared framework for understanding the trust dynamics at play in every interaction and a practical way to do something about them. The program develops five critical trust behaviors. Each behavior is explored through real-world scenarios that help participants recognize what trust-building looks and sounds like in practice.
Interpersonal Banking
The mechanism at the heart of Annem Trust OS.
Every interaction functions as either a deposit or a withdrawal in the trust relationship you share with another person. Participants learn to recognize their patterns, understand the cumulative impact of their behavior, and make deliberate choices about how they show up, especially in high-stakes moments.
Learning Outcomes
At the end of this program, participants will be able to:
Explain the five trust behaviors and how each one contributes to or erodes trust in working relationships.
Use Interpersonal Banking to assess the health of their key working relationships and identify where deposits are most needed.
Recognize the role of self-regulation as the entry point for intentional, trust-building behaviors.
Apply trust concepts to real work situations: giving and receiving feedback, navigating conflict, recovering from ruptures, and building influence across levels.
Develop a personal practice for sustaining high-trust relationships over time.

How Annem Trust OS lives inside our other programs
-
Audience: Individual Contributors
On the surface, goal setting is a tactical skill: define objectives, align on metrics, track progress. But the way you set and communicate goals is an act of Interpersonal Banking.
In our Goal Setting program, participants do not just learn SMART goal frameworks. They learn how the process of setting goals builds or erodes trust with the people around them, and they practice doing it in a way that strengthens both clarity and the relationship.
-
Audience: People Managers
This is where trust is most visibly on the line, and where most managers get it wrong.
The instinct in underperformance situations is to avoid, delay, or soften the message so much that it loses meaning. All of these are trust withdrawals: to the underperforming employee who deserves honesty, to the rest of the team who sees the issue going unaddressed, and to the manager's own credibility.
Our Managing Underperformance program teaches managers to navigate these situations as trust-building opportunities rather than trust-destroying ones. When done well, a performance conversation can actually deepen trust because the employee experiences a manager who cares enough to be honest and is committed enough to help them improve.
-
Audience: All Levels
Cross-functional projects are trust stress tests. They bring together people from different teams, with different priorities, who often have no formal authority over one another. The only currency that makes the work move is trust.
In our Project Management programs, participants learn to manage not just tasks and timelines but the trust dynamics that determine whether cross-functional collaboration actually works. They learn to see every handoff, status update, and escalation as an Interpersonal Banking moment.
-
Audience: All Levels
This program flips the trust dynamic in an important way. Most people think of trust as something leaders build downward. But trust flows in every direction, and individual contributors who manage up effectively are making deliberate deposits in their credibility through competence, reliability, and transparency.
Our Managing Up program helps individual contributors see their relationship with their manager as a trust bank they actively manage. It gives them a framework for understanding why some requests land and others don't, and practical strategies for building the trust that makes upward influence possible.
